This is Malik and Bakura from the show, Yu-Gi-Oh. I'm a huge fan of these two, especially as a yaoi pair. And before you ask, no, Bakura's hand was not put there for a specific reason. I noticed it after I drew the pic. ^^;;

The sketch was done in pencil, inked, and then shaded in pencil.

Actually Yu-Gi-Oh was made for teenagers and above. The manga is full of blood and violence and death. The anime has it too, albiet in smaller portions. Sadly 4Kids censored and edited the ever living hell out of it to turn it into a kids show so they could make more money off the card game.

Mmm... Bakura/Malik yaoi... I love it! They've got to be my favorite yaoi couple in the show. They're both so complex and there definately seems to be hintings of it. Great pic! They look so cute!

And don't worry about the hand. Having Bakura grope Malik comes subconciously to a lot of people. ;D

Hehe, the things you learn. Thank you for the info, but yeah, they DID turn it into a kiddie show. hence my comment. Basically what you just told me is "It's not a Kid's show, it's an Adolescant's show turned INTO a Kid's show." Not much of a difference, I'm afraid.

Actually, it's not even a kids show. I don't know of many kids who wouldn't have their intelligence insulted by the dub job they did except for those still in diapers, do you?

Oh...My...God. You don't live where I do....I just moved here...and it's like the kids have all spent so much time huffing paint their brains are technicolor piles of mush...almost everyone here is a HOOG (not a typo, my word :D) Yu-Gi-Oh fan, save, perhaps, the few who don't spent their spare time chewing their furniture.

I stand corrected. That would explain the mystery of the dub's popularity. Where I live most of the Yu-Gi-Oh fans are teenagers and above, so I was unaware of this mysteriously gigantic population of brain-dead children. Now I feel sorry for you, you poor, poor soul. :hug:
